    Description

    Up for your consideration is a vintage set of 1930's Dionne Quintuplet 7" dolls in an adorable wooden crib.  These dolls were purchased in the Sandhills of Nebraska and are in very good condition for age.  They are unmarked on the bodies or heads so I can't really tell if they are Madame Alexander dolls.  Each bent-leg doll is composition and wear original clothing. Three of the dolls clothes match to fabric pattern except for different colors.  Two of the dolls have the same style clothing as the others but different fabrics. They all have marching booties tied with coordinating ribbons.  Each has matching bonnets with ribbon ties. The doll dresses and flannel diapers are safety pinned. The faces have original paint with dark hair, side-glancing eyes, painted lashes, eyebrows and red lips.  The dolls have some slight crazing on their heads. One of the dolls has some cracks on her face  (yellow dress). Another has some chipping (solid pink dress).  The bodies are all in very good condition for age. The dolls were purchased in an adorable wooden crib painted Nile green with wooden wheels.  The crib measures 12 1/2"L x 8"W x 9"H.  Please refer to the photographs for additional information and condition.
