1963 Forwarded India Postal Card Puthuppalli Kottayam to Mysore City & Returned

Offered for sale is this somewhat rough 6np postal card sent by an American tourist from Puthuppalli, Kottayam, Kerala, India to the Young Women's Christian Association is Mysore City.  She was inquiring about staying and the YWCA during the Desara festival.  Perhaps there was no YWCA in Mysore City as it was returned to the sender.  Legible markings inclue a Kottayam postmark, a Puthuppalli postmark, two Mysore postmarks, a nice interesting split ring cancel "Exptl.S.O. MS-2056 Dely 20 Aug 63".  Hand markings in red include "no YWCA" and a large X through the address with "Sender Kerala Kottayam" marking.  There is also a purple marking "Address insufficient, returned to sender".  T
his would make a nice cover for independent India postal history.
