22-INCH Antique Madam Alexander Doll W/ Perfect Compo In Antique Clothing

This 22 inch Madame Alexander doll is a treasure!  She was wrapped up and stored away in a closet where her composition was not harmed in any way so her finish is as pristine as it was when she came out of the toy store back in the 1940s!  She has
been thoroughly cleaned as has her mohair wig which has been reset and picked back out using a pin so her curls stay in.  She is wearing the
clothes she was
wearing when I received her although I have mended her little blue coat which was ripped, replaced the collars on her striped dress as they had disintegrated and thoroughly patched her all-in-one undies as they were in very bad shape.  Her shoes had to be replaced with new ones and I added new navy socks.  An antique cloche hat of the same era was added for interest, as was a navy blue bow in the middle of her collar onher candy-striped dress.  Her mamabox does not seem to work and since I do not know much about fix ij ng these, I let it alone.  I do know you can buy replacements at dollspart supply.  She is an adorable doll and I considered keeping her for myself, but ...I might still do so if she hangs around for awhile!  So someone save me from myself!  She is a beauty!
