Antique All Composition Scarlett O'Hara Doll Picnic Dress
Looks Like Madame Alexander
11" Tall RARE
Madame Alexander created the first Scarlett O'Hara doll before the Gone With the Wind movie.
This face looks like Madame's Wendy Ann face. It is beautifully hand painted
with stunning eyes, eyeshadow, lower lashes, and pursed red lips.
She has a black mohair wig set in long curls.
She wears a pale peach with rosebuds dress
with lace at the neckline and hem, and a mint green ribbon at waist.
She wears a fine straw picture hat with mint green bow and black undernetting.
Her right arm is slightly bent as "Wendy Ann" dolls are.
She wears pantaloons and her undergarment is highly starched to create a hoop.
Her ecru shoes have a buckle on top.
There are no markings.
This doll is in excellent condition
