    The play opens with the signing of the Declaration of Independence, and follows Benjamin Franklin to France to negotiate a peace treat with the Crown. Notable characters include Major Aaron Burr, Captain Alexander Hamilton, King Louis XVI, and Marie Antoinette.
    Self wrappers encapsulated in gray plastic, noted as Copyright 1982, 1986 on the front wrapper, with a credit for writer Whelan. Title page integral with front wrapper. 149 leaves, with last page of text numbered 138. Mechanically and xerographically duplicated. Near Fine overall, bound with a silver prong brad.
