Madame Alexander 1930's composition doll14" Wendy Ann All Original dress with flowers &straw hat with matching flowers .She is very old and shows the expected rot holes in the silk garden party ruffled dress and dress lining shows rot as well the pink pantaloons are open in the back tied with ribbon for easy drop down(as was in the Victorian days) trimmed in minute lace. Don't be remorsed for this aged condition. Silk is bound to rot because it is a natural fiber not poly. She still has high color, and minimal crazing. No loss of composition. Original shoes & socks. one heel is off, snaps intact. Original stringing. Original square snaps. Not tagged because one of a kind for her granddaughter. Some were not tagged; those not in mass production. Back of head engraved faintly. Original Mohair wig in Marcel wave. Pictures enlarged to show detail, but she is tiny and rare. I have not found another like her. She belongs in your curio . one of Alexander's first masterpieces. No returns due to thieves and Zero tolerated and non payers. I've had 3 in 16 Yrs.
