    Draft script for the 1985 off-Broadway play. Laid in is a typed letter from Darlene Kaplan, Goldmine's casting director, addressed to Walter Kohner in Los Angeles, suggesting Vincent Price peruse the script and possibly star in the play. Kaplan has signed the letter, and the letter is dated twice: December 19, 1983, and Dec. 27, 1983, rubber-stamped in red. Also laid in is a single leaf detailing biographies of the author, Zettler, and the play's director, Stephen Zuckerman, who would not receive final credit during the play's four-performance run at the Playhouse 91 in New York (3/21/85 to 3/24/85).
    Set in rural Pennsylvania, where a group of saloonkeepers are on their way to a graveyard to bury a friend. They stop for a drink and promptly get drunk, miss the funeral, and ask the owner of the bar if they can bury their friend under his establishment.
    Clear plastic front wrapper, blue rear wrapper. Title page present, undated, with a credit for playwright Zettler. 102 leaves, with last leaf of text being page 27 of Act 3. Mechanical duplication. Near Fine overall, bound with a black Vello binding. Laid-in letters Near Fine.
