    Draft script for the 1973 production of Philip Barry's 1928 play. With a few substantive holograph ink emendations throughout. The play opened on December 26, 1973 at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre in New York.
    The story of a Wall Street corporate lawyer who, while on vacation at Lake Placid, falls in love with the snobby eldest daughter of the high-society Seton family, but in the ensuing months finds himself falling for his betrothed's more down-to-earth sister. The play was first staged on November 26 1929 at the Plymouth Theatre, directed by Arthur Hopkins.
    Set in New York.
    Purple titled Studio Duplicating Service wrappers. Title page present. 107 leaves, with last page of text numbered 2-44. Mimeograph duplication, rectos only. Pages Very Good plus, wrapper Very Good, with a ring stain on the front wrapper, bound with two gold brads.
