    Rare The Island Villa Grand Isle VT Vermont 1930s Brochure of what is  now called Lake House.  I believe this brochure dates from the 1930s or earlier and was during the time frame that Malcolm A. Briggs was the manager of the Island Villa in Grand Isle Vermont on Lake Champlain.  This brochure measures 7 in wide by 3 and 1/2 in tall and contains 10 or 12 pages of description and photos.  Rates ranged from .50 to .50 per person per day on the American plan.  This would be a great addition to any Vermont or Grand Isle collection particularly one that focuses on items that relate to Lake Champlain.
