    Robin Hawdon's first major success as a playwright, a romantic two act comedy about a TV game show host. Hawdon had already a few films to his credit, including "We Joined the Navy" (1962), "Bedazzled" (1967), "When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth" (1970), and "Burke & Hare" (1972), and he began a screenwriting career shortly after this play was written.
