Royal Vienna Style Watteau Courting Couples Cobalt Gold & White Beaded Sugar
Nice porcelain sugar bowl. Decorated in the Royal Vienna style with Watteau courting couples around the top framed by gold beads. With a cobalt border with white enamel beads, gold bands, and gold scallops. With gold gilding along the rim, foot rim, and to the handles. Marked on the bottom with an overglaze blue beehive/shield over gold and an overglaze beehive/shield and RF St Made in Vienna in red.
The sugar is missing the lid and has some wear to the gilding and a few small losses to the beading, but no chips or cracks.
Measures approximately 5 inches wide from handle to handle x 2 7/8 inches tall.
