This is a vintage brass souvenir letter opener from Brussels, Belgium.
The tip shows the famous little peeing man Manneken Pis from a fountain in Brussels, the blade has the city name in French.
It's in good condition without any cracks or breaks with a few spots of finish wear from age and gentle use.
It measures about 6" long.
