    Description

Set of the five little baby dolls made to show the five little girls born to Mr & Mrs. Dionne on May 28, 1934 in Callander, Ontario!!  The little dolls were made up by "Alexander" and they are marked and their clothing is marked. The dolls are in very good condition, they are wearing their first little outfits (who do have the markings on the back as the doll also has the marking on the back) and they are wearing their name tags except one - guess she lost hers, and there are a few little "bumps" which are shown on the pics attached( the toe needs to be repaired but the other items are just marks and one small area of  "redish" where someone spilled something.  The swing they are sitting in was made for them - it is very cute but there is a little bit of it missing and needs to be repaired - one little blue/green piece like the one lying in front is missing and there must have been a flat bottom holding those two parts together so they can swing and swing and not fall over ( I did not repair that part because I used them in a smaller space and did not swing them). Each name is shown in its place.  4 books of the Dionne Quintuplets are attached to the sale - they were sold starting somewhere in 1934 and went up with the girls as they grew.  Interesting!!
If you have any questions or want more pics, just email me on ebay and I will send asap!! Hope I explained all the interesting items but just ask if I left something out!!
