Vintage Madame Alexander Baby-Jane Quigley 16” Composition Doll Tagged MA Dress. Juanita Quigley Child Movie Star Like Shirley Temple. 1930s. Condition is "Used". Shipped with
USPS Priority Mail .50. From a non-smoking home.
PLEASE LOOK AT ALL OF THE PICTURES.
• Doll is marked on the back of her head - Baby-Jane Reg (then I believe it to read Mme) Alexander
• The dress is tagged - Madame Alexander New York
• She has an area on the inside of her right arm that appears to have been repainted and maybe “repaired”
• Her eyes are discolored and crystallized
• Her head is a bit loose
• Her eyelashes may have been cut short
• She has a few areas that appear to have been repainted and or “repaired” like under both her ears and on her neck where the crack is
• She has some cracks and crazing, some wear and marks
• Part of her left big toe has some damage like a little chunk is gone
• The dress a couple/few minor tiny holes and some wear
• The under outfit that matches has been repaired in many places throughout
• The socks appear to be original and in pretty good shape with some discoloring
• The shoes definitely could be original, they just have some minor wear really
*  The vast majority of the items have been in my home for many years, some up to 30. Some were purchases along the way, and on eBay in the last 10 years or so.
*  I am sorry that I am not able to describe these items in better detail, my grandmother knew this stuff backward and forwards but unfortunately she is no longer with us.
*  Nothing I have is a museum piece, these were just collected through the years from all over the place, mostly doll shows and doll shops in Texas.
*  Most of these items are from a collection that spanned 50 years, many of these dolls may have been touched up, repainted, repaired, etc.  Some I can tell and some I just don't know.
*  I am no expert on the
originality
of clothes, hair, accessories etc. Please looks at the pictures and go from there.
*  Items are from a non-smoking home.
* I will combine shipping in most cases (as long as the auctions end in the same few days), just wait for the auctions to end and contact me.
* I have sold stuff on and off for over 20 years on eBay, under this same name.  If there is a problem please contact me and I will try to work it out. This is not something I am doing just to make a quick buck.
*  Shipping can be expensive, please keep in mind that the actual cost paid to the post office is not the true cost, eBay includes that amount when I am charged fees which is around 13%, If you win an auction and you get your item and you feel your were unfairly charged then contact me about a refund. I loose money on shipping at times, it just comes with the territory.
